Personal one-on-one training is designed for you based on your goals and the frequency that you commit to train with a Base Coach. Whether it’s 2, 3, or 4 sessions per week, we have several options that can accommodate your individual schedule
Each new member at Base receives a complimentary assessment with a Base Coach. Our professional team will assess your Baseline using our comprehensive IN-Body analysis equipment, get you all your muscle and fat levels, then introduce you to the best fitness path to meet your individual goals.
